Before I became a coach, I spent years leading teams and organizations — long enough to know how lonely the seat at the table can feel, and how rarely leaders get a space to think out loud.
I started Trailhead Within because I believe the most important work of leadership happens on the inside. My job is to help you do that work with honesty, curiosity and care.

I spent the first chapters of my career inside organizations — leading teams, sitting at the table and learning firsthand how few places there are to think honestly about what’s next. That experience shapes every conversation I have now.
Today I work with executives, founders and senior leaders who are ready to look inward and lead with more clarity, alignment and purpose. My approach is direct, warm and built around the belief that the answers you’re looking for are already within you.
